Are you ready to see the 2025 Witches Ride?

Flying October 25th, 2025!

Join us this year as we celebrate our 8th Annual Witches Ride of Ocean Springs on October 25th in beautiful, downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi! Dress in your witchiest attire, decorate your broom, and get ready for a Witchin’ Good Time, all for a great cause!

The Witches Ride of Ocean Springs is a fundraiser and parade like no other! It’s all for local animal welfare, and lots of magical fun for all ages!

The Witches Ride of Ocean Springs is compromised of witches and wizards -from near and far- filling the streets with their creative costumes, bikes, brooms, golf carts, wagons and more! The Witches (registered participants aged 18+) load their brooms with plenty of treats to toss to all those tall and small lining the downtown streets of Ocean Springs!

Children, families & individuals are invited to spectate and watch the witches fly by**! And don’t forget to bring a bag to collect all of the goodies and treats the witches will be handing out! The Witches Ride invites everyone to join the fun in costume as well! (please note: only registered witches with a wristband will be allowed onto the ride route).

What’s all this for? It’s for the best cause: fundraising for the animals of Ocean Springs! The Witches Ride of OS is a local 501c3 and all proceeds from these events benefit local animal welfare agencies. Find out more about our philanthropy here: Our Story

**Children are not allowed to join or participate in the official ride even if they are in strollers, wagons, or walking. They must stay behind the barricades**

The Witches Ride of Ocean Springs is a RAIN OR SHINE event! The only way the event will not be held is if local officials prevent it from happening due to occurrences such as natural disasters, pandemics, or catastrophe.

PLEASE NOTE: this event is a fundraiser for local animal welfare and there is NOT an option for refunds. Monies collected will go to pre-selected animal welfare groups regardless.

Spectator Information

Ride Date/Time: Saturday, Oct. 25th at 6:00PM

You’re invited to join us this year as we celebrate our 8th Annual Witches Ride of Ocean Springs on October 25th at 6:00PM in downtown Ocean Springs! Dress in your Halloween finest and bring a bag to carry all of your goodies home! This year the route will be barricaded and the roads will close in advance of the ride.

Spectator Info:

For safety reasons, we ask the following of spectators who join us at the Witches Ride:

We suggest you try to arrive early to park and find a spot to spectate (see our parking map) along the route before the roads close at 4:45PM and the Witches Ride starts rolling at 6:00PM!
Once the barricades are closed and the ride rolls, do not cross the barriers. Safety first, treats second!
Please help us be great neighbors! We ask that spectators line the streets on the Official Witches Ride Route (see here), and not along Pershing or Porter. We want to be mindful of our neighbors and disrupt the residents nearby as little as possible!

In 2019, Witches Ride of Ocean Springs became an official 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We are locally and volunteer-run and we’re so proud to say that say that since the start of our ride we’ve donated over $91,000 to local animal welfare groups and agencies!
