Help Create Magic for Animals!

Embrace your inner witch and join us in a spellbinding cause – volunteering! By lending your time and magic, you can make a difference in the lives of our furry friends in Ocean Springs, MS. Join our volunteer crew today and let’s cast a spell of compassion for local animals together!

We’re currently looking for:

Board Members: Are you a current or past local resident who is passionate about animals in need in Ocean Springs, MS? We are looking for committed Board Members to help in the planning of our events each year and would love to talk to you about joining the Witches Ride of Ocean Springs board! If you are interested in volunteering any of your expertise and time, please contact us today!

We also need the following volunteers:

• Sponsor Committee:
  • Committee members willing to seek partnerships with local businesses for Witches Ride Sponsorships for both the ride and eventually, additional special events.
• Witches Ride Committee:
  • This committee helps plan the details of the Witches Ride of Ocean Springs, our main event.
• Events Committee:
  • This committee plans ancillary events, such as the Pub Crawl, trivia, meetups, etc.

• Ride Day Needs:
  • Coven Guard:
    • The Coven Guard will be stationed at each entrance to The Gathering before the ride begins to ensure that only registered witches and wizards are present.
  • The Mystics:
    • The Mystics will help get witches and wizards into the proper order before embarking on the route and help us answer general questions at the Information Booth.
  • The Oracles:
    • The Oracles will be checking-in witches and wizards and distributing wristbands and t-shirts. If you love crossing off a to-do list, this could be the perfect spot for you.
  • Cart Crew:
    • The Cart Crew will drive and/or ride on the designated official Witches Ride golf carts. These carts will have first aid kids and help any witches along the route who might need a lift to the finish in case of a flat tire or broken broom!
